Francoise Nielly has some crazy looking art. If you look at it from a far it looks like a photoshopped cartoon with loud colors. The closer you get you see that it's actually a massive mural with disgustingly heavy mounds of paint. Or what I think is paint. The medium is delivered with sharply and precisely crafted brushstrokes angled to imitate light, shading, skin tone and expressive neon colors.
